Great article from the express confirming a bug with BT’s Smart Hub 2 router.
It’s good to see this has been confirmed by the national press as we had a bug with our Sky network and the Sky agents made us believe was on our end. When we eventually got an engineer round to the house he confirmed that there was in fact a dropout bug with the whole network. The big difference here is that Sky chose to keep this information amongst their engineers only.
The lack of clarity between customer and provider is at best lazy and at worst sly as it drove us mad looking for solutions!
Anyone else experienced bugs or glitches that couldn’t be fixed on their end?
