I’ve see this “full fibre” talk everywhere. I already have fibre broadband, so is it the same thing?
Hi RWT75
The main differences between fibre and full fibre broadband is the underlying infrastructure.
Fibre broadband is actually only partly fibre as it utilises already in place copper infrastructure in order to reach peoples properties. Full Fibre broadband, however, is entirely fibre from the exchange, to the cabinet, to your home. It also has the capabilities to provide much more bandwidth compared to Just fibre Broadband.
Hope this helps!
