Last week TalkTalk announced price increases even for those customers who have signed up for fixed price contracts. Are other suppliers likely to follow? When you sign up for these fixed prices you expect the price to be set (whether it increases OR even decreases outside of your contract) and as a customer are penalised if leave before end date so am a little confused how this is being allowed.
