Hi, my son is a “gamer” but is constantly complaining of it being “laggy” and ruining his games. I’ve talked to my provider but they say the line is fine. Any ideas from anyone would be welcome.

Can I have a little background on your current speeds, and what you generally use your broadband for?
My feeling is that whilst the line might be okay when tested, the real issue could be down to how much you might be trying to do online at once.

How does your son’s console connect to the router? WiFi, Ethernet (Direct cable)?
