I heard the rural voucher scheme is coming to an end at the end of March. Any ideas on if it is being replaced?
The existing scheme is confirmed as coming to an end as of 31st March 2021. If you are looking to have FTTPoD or a Group Scheme delivered you really need to act fast, as it is a multi-step process and if you don’t have the PRP (Pre-Registered Package) approved before mid Feb, you’re unlikely to get a voucher.
We’re not sure how this might affect local authority schemes however, these may continue if there’s any funding left.
